So the beginning of the year came and went and I'm sitting wondering to myself when this year of love is going to begin. Thinking that maybe it was coming from outside like perhaps a "knight in shining" armour lol. There I was sitting thinking to myself. It doesn't feel much different yet. Then  then out of nowhere, like a bolt from the blue the feeling came to me so strong that

" I am The love" that I am the love that steers this ship.

like a big down load of love to me that removed the old stuff and the set up efforts and worries. The feeling was so profound. Like a reward for the work and efforts.

The year of love that finally brings things  together and everything and will gather momentum. Lets watch and see HBH

I stayed with a lady over the last few days in Huelva Spain and this is the penaltimate day before I leave and last night she had a dream that I was in front of her and I burnt a match and I shredded the end and with the ash I placed across over her forehead and said to her this is the end!.

She remembers thinking it was quite a poignant and perhaps a bit unervibg and wanted to know what it means.  She woke and told me this morning I believe it's because she is going to further go forward in her spiritual growth and I notice that my dreams were clearing and lowly dreams so I believe I was clearing those dreams from her aura  for her, in order to make room for the new. Meaning a more spiritual life

eat good ..

I am a vegetarian  and have been most of my life, some 40 odd years now. The older i get the more i love simple clean food. More often that not i will eat raw. Today i made a light meal of roasted garlic a bulb,  pumpkin and sun flowers seeds with organic green beans. Then i added this to my rice was delious. For desert it was oranges from the farm next door and kiwi fruit. 

The baises of healing and staying well is eating good nuticious foods unprocessed as much as possible

reflection

After a period of current reflection on my work and progress to now. I decided to disconnect from energy outlets that draw from me of which there was a few. Now I plan to start just focusing on channeling in more circumspect ways. 

As part of this whilst doing my work still on the road and a traveling healer and to see my own energies and able to with stand pressures and challenges. I aske show it might look for me to vision the space I'm in during this process should happen... I was shown a decompression chamber by spirit . Now I don't have much knowledge of these but know they're associated with diving. Upon further research if appears there are these oxygen machines in the mechanical world used for therapy. I could see quite clearly myself inside of one and now I will explore just how this works in treatment my energetic self. It was made of thick gold metal. HBH

Thought I would share an insight into something that can happen during,

 Switch 13 Healing

After receiving healing the other evening, a person who had received it woke during the night to find he got out of bed. He sat on the side of the bed to become aware there was two spirits next to him on his right. He was felt them and they shared gentleness and what was needed. After a few minutes of this he returned into bed to sleep very well and in the morning there was a distinct air of positivity and calmness around.

This healing was complete with Angel card readings, which give further directions for your spiritual path. Showing what’s required to go forward with positivity in life and opening up energetically and correctly. People often find they can have spiritual experiences either after or during the healing. Also to add that this was a 2^nd in a group of healings this person will receive.

there's still time

This time I've been spending with my dad has turned out to be very special. Although maybe some times puzzling and not with out challenge lol. Insight has taught me that he may not be around for too much longer. Yet as we talk and I'm able to teach him things to help complete this knowledge... It's so meant to be so he will be ready. Tonight as we talked at the end he saw a hughe jewel in the colour for the solar plexus and it was flashing at him.. He asked me what it was and I was able to say that's because your learning some thing new. ✴️ Bless him 

We are just about to go into the four days of Passover..take time to consider its meaning and how people were spared from a plague through their faith and love of God. Pray and give thanks.. HBH

A black panther is my spirit animal..

I met her two years back. She was shown to me sitting on kitchen work tops in a dream . She had the sides of her body and head shaved. She saw some thing  next to me she didn't like and leaped over to get it. Jumped the whole length of the room. I was able to examine her and saw how big she looked sitting on top of the sides...

Panther holds the secrets of worlds that are unseen and are associated with lunar energies. Within the darkness of night resides the truth of creation. Black panthers have great mysticism associated with them. They represent the life and power of the night. They can show us how to welcome the darkness and rouse the light within it. Those with this power animal contain knowledge of a galactic origin, and have a responsibility to look after and respect this knowledge. Caution must be used when sharing it with others. When the student is ready the teacher appears, and vice versa. If the student isn’t ripe the information given could trigger negative consequences.

Today i took my master healing crystal down to the beach with me to meditate and realised id lost him. i walked back, looked all around. there was no sign.I knew that if he was still meant to be mine , he'd return. I walked back to the spot i was sitting and moved the sand about. just about thinking theres no way if hes gone under the sand hes going to show. i was just sitting down and had planned to release him properly etc.. then there he was bolt upright in the sand. ive notice that of him.. he likes a bit of grounding ( obviously he needs more than he gets. ) and will aim fully to the floor when ever he can :) HBH

Golden time!

Menopause for females can be a golden time. Work and listen to your body supplying what it tells you, it needs. Enough rest, nutrients and putting in self love. It's a further initiation .. A time when you are not much longer to be bothered by the spirits who make up the emotions around period time and thus when you can fully get to know your wisdom with out so much of the turmoils. One of many

One of my first healing accomplishes was back in 2005. I was healing at a healing centre in mk, a novice at the time. I was asked to give healing to the neice of the woman who ran it. Thought nothing much of it at the time, except I did get a message as I did it sating this will be resolved. Next week she came skipping and smiling, singing over and over you fixed me! as she skipped. Apparently she'd had a unresolvable  knee problem said the doctors and now was sorted and she could skip. They couldn't explain what had happened. 'Doctors words'I got embarrassed and said I didn't do any thing. 😬 HBH

Physical too

As an energy worker, I read environments and know when they need clearing. It has a physical effect on my body. Especially in areas of death or decay. I get a slime in my mouth as well as other side effects and it doesn't clear until I've cleared myself and area. HBH

Transforms

During the summer I helped to look after and gave healing to a lovely lady of 94 years. We talked at great depths about how to bring the unseen world close and how she could access those who have departed this world. When we are given a time in life where we no longer can be physically active or do the things we once did. It's a golden time to deepen your understanding and connect with the beyond. We worked hard and she seemed to enjoy the talks... Just recently I visited her as she'd moved into a home and I was so pleased to find she had progressed even further during the quiet time she'd had and was giving me such insight about my future and what I will do, that tears fell down my face. I know I was meant to go and see her and how she'd progressed. Id had no expectations, but it's lovely to see how healing works. Switch 13 Healing . HBH

I often get people tell me they cant sleep and wake around 3 am. This is the time the spirit world like to talk to you best as there is usually no distractions and its your most receptive time.... surrender to listen and ask with your mind...it will be worth it! HBH

spiritual earthing stabilisers

Today i was shown the need for spiritual stabilisers, just like on a bike. You can put them down and flick up when you wish to leave. Like where you have a kickstand to help the bike stand up..They works similar to rooting in to the round but enable you to have earthing and connection to the ground, with out the attachment to a place or piece of land.( which inevitably means through a root your attached.) thus strengthening and transmuting so core energy that needs earthing into the ground. Which she is happy to process... providing you make and agreement to her to pay back the favour in time, by giving to her and be gracious and thankful. I have two main earth elements in the sun chart. and fire in the middle. Now i can visualise this tool and lower my stabilisers  to add more strength and balance, while being a nomad and travelling healer for with out it there cam be a tenancy to take on too much. Not having the facilities and access to all elements in abundance needed to run a healing structure. my back some times feels the load.... HBH

Just recently about 1 month ago. I was given a vision of the universe. There was many, many stars but all different colours. In the middle was a dognut shape circle with a hole in the middle. It was the stars and all colors that  resonated with me so strongly HBH

It often happens that in the times leading up to a departure of a partner in your life through passing. There are poignant things they might say that you become aware of.  That they are aware that there’s things you need to do in your life that necessarily doesn’t involve them. They might say they are holding you back or that they can see you should be doing something with your life and try to inspire this. They might see a vision of you doing what you are to do next and how good this will be for you. this happens on a level where they know that you will have an existence with out them. This being part of a soul plan for you both.

Its not always the end of their contribution either after they depart. For some times they return to learn alongside you after a while as a guide, If that’s in yours and their best interest. So be aware there is a plan, and the deeper we tune in and follow the guidance of our mission here. The more you and they will benefit also as part of the agreement you both made as souls before you came... HBH
