I am a vegetarian and have been most of my life, some 40 odd years now. The older i get the more i love simple clean food. More often that not i will eat raw. Today i made a light meal of roasted garlic a bulb, pumpkin and sun flowers seeds with organic green beans. Then i added this to my rice was delious. For desert it was oranges from the farm next door and kiwi fruit.
The baises of healing and staying well is eating good nuticious foods unprocessed as much as possible
