Golden time!

Menopause for females can be a golden time. Work and listen to your body supplying what it tells you, it needs. Enough rest, nutrients and putting in self love. It's a further initiation .. A time when you are not much longer to be bothered by the spirits who make up the emotions around period time and thus when you can fully get to know your wisdom with out so much of the turmoils. HBH
