energy from the elements

Before commencing giving myself healing yesterday. I decided that as I am now by the sea, I would use the power and energy of this element in my healing.

Normally part of the energy I use has a powerful fire element to it. I am particularly good at reading energies. A  while ago I gave healing to some one who had received radiotherapy for cancer and I could quite clearly feel the strength of the energy used and it felt dirty.

 I went about down to the sea, meditated and collected the energy I required. Then on return did my healing. It was intense, deep and the felt much softer than normal. Gentle and almost intoxicating. during the procedure some one knocked on my door and with having to interrupt myself during to answer the door. It was very noticeable how.. deep I was immersed in the healing.

So whats the outcome/ benefits? Today I would say that I have been stronger and have had more daily energy for tasks, others outcomes I expect to come over a few days or weeks HBH
