Ancient and untouched

On a guided spiritual trip to France recently I discovered a source of natural quartz. One piece turned out to be yet another wise crystal gifted to me by the unseen. There were many spiritual events that happened on that trip and it was indeed a learning experience.
Nearing the end of the journey on the day of returning home, I found a delightful spot to park the healing camper van, next to a bridge that crossed an inlet of sea not far from Dinard.
At this stop I wasn’t in a rush to leave the van as the view was enough; I could see fishermen and ladies and children all shallow fishing for what I supposed was shellfish in the shallow waters. The sun shone and so I took my time. Eventually I left the van and made my way down to the shore, over some small rocks which weren’t so easy to get over in my flipflops.
I had no expectations as I wondered along deep in thought, feeling my environment and listening to spirit. Then, before me, right at my feet, I saw a patch that was totally different. All around where I was standing was a circular area approximately 1.5 meters wide and clear to white. I knew what it was; quartz crystal! I was thrilled and sat in the middle of it! So excited I was. I felt it with my hand, touching all the surface of it, not really believing what I’d come across. Then a piece came off in my left hand, just like it had been placed there. I checked to see if any other bits were loose but they weren’t!
What a stone, never been in anyone else’s hands and washed over by the sea each day, bathed by moon, stars and sun!  It was so lovely in a pyramid shaped and with a red tip. I usually make it a rule not to take shells and stones from the beach as I feel that the gift of just seeing their beauty is gift enough for me, though this one time I had to make an exception! I gave thanks for it.
Since bringing it back it’s been a quiet one, not like my master crystal and others in my collection. My granddaughter who can also read them like me was mesmerized by it, saying “Nanny, you will have to work hard to get the information locked away deep inside this one”. I’m sure one day it will reveal its full power, until then it navigates me around in the front of the healing campervan. HBH
